Norris retired from PR Mallory, where she had worked for 30 years. She is a big sister to Presley Sue Rowe, a niece to Cici Tonetti, Emily Tonetti, Johnny Smith, Joe Plew, Andrew Rowe, and Alexandria Rollings, granddaughter of Daniel Rowe and his wife Jeri, as well as Chanon Finley, Audrey Presnell, Daniel Rollings, Jessica Tonetti, Shane Meadows, Brenda Finley, Terry "Papaw" Pruitt and Kathy "Momo" Pruitt. She was born in Terre Haute, on April 6th, 2016, to Daniel Rowe and Abigail Rowe-Presnell. They were also good dancers and enjoyed music. ![]() She and Cleo took many trips with the Murat Shriners Oriental band. She served as a worthy matron in the OES 2 times, was in the Daughters of the Nile, and Hoosier Hillbilly club. Dorothy was director of the Putnam County CETA program and worked in government offices in California and Indiana. She published many poems and was a supreme seamstress. Dorothy was an artist, painting water colors, oil paintings, and ceramics. In 1952 she married Cleo Williams in Indianapolis. She was a 1950 graduate in Charlestown Indiana. Dorothy B Williams left this world December 29, 2021.ĭorothy was born April 3, 1931, in Jamestown, Kentucky to Ova Hoyt Webb and Maggie Barrett Webb.
